Going deep, living my truth without compromise, loving creation, fostering justice in my community, and seeking spiritual unity have always been the most important things to me.
This isn’t possible without learning to know and love yourself very deeply—including those aspects of yourself that you’d rather not face.
This intense exploration of myself has taught me to accept things as they are and to change what I can. From my many spiritual teachers, I have learned calmness, serenity, patience, courage, discipline, willpower, humility, and love for creation. Above all, however, I have come to know the boundless joy and vitality inherent in all things.
Now I would like to share the experience I have gained through years of hard work with others, so that they, too, may benefit from it.
I have a keen sense for the issues others are facing and the certainty that you are exactly right just as you are. From this place of calmness, we can explore together what lies ahead for you and what you’d like to change. I look forward to meeting you!
